Every Cairo Build Ltd project follows the same four steps, so you always know what comes next.
Initial estimate
You send your project details and any plans. We review them and reply with an indicative budget range and an explanation of what could move it. It is not a quotation. We reply within 2 working days.
Site visit
We look at the property, talk through your plans and check anything that could affect cost.
Itemised quotation
A full quote, broken down so you can see where the money goes. It states what is included, what is not, and how changes are handled.
Build
One point of contact, a defined scope and regular updates.
How we price
We break work into stages and cost areas rather than one lump sum, so you can see what drives the price and decide where to spend.
