• Details you give us in the estimate form or by phone, email or WhatsApp: name, email, phone, postcode, project details, and any plans you send.
• How you found us: campaign codes and UTM parameters in the link you used, the page you landed on and the referring site.
• With your consent only: analytics and advertising cookie data, including click identifiers from Google and Meta ads.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To prepare your initial estimate, contact you about it and, if you proceed, quote for and carry out work. Lawful basis: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries.
• To measure which marketing works and improve the site. Lawful basis: your consent for non-essential cookies; our legitimate interests for basic first-party attribution of your enquiry.
• To send occasional updates, only if you tick the optional box. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To keep records and meet legal obligations, such as accounts and tax.

Letters

If you received a letter from us, we found your address through the public planning register, because planning permission was granted for a property there. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests. You can ask us to stop writing to you at any time and we will add you to our suppression list.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as website hosting, form handling, email and messaging, customer records and analytics or advertising platforms if you accept cookies. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and for as long as the law requires for business records. We then delete or anonymise them.
