Planning permission lets you build. You still need to work out what it will cost, confirm the structural design, deal with building regulations and choose who builds it. The first useful step is knowing roughly what the project may cost.
Your quotation sets out exactly what we manage and what is arranged separately, so there is no guesswork about who does what.
